1:1 Mentorship

To empower and look beyond the stereotypical ways of learning in the music, arts, and education industries.

1:1 lesson content can include talks on any life, personal and career development aspect.

Areas of disciplines that we cover are:

Performance, Pedagogy, Essentials

  • Performance: Ranging from classical, historical, jazz, to folk, progressive, contemporary, world music.

  • Pedagogy: Early education, 1-1s, classroom & group lessons.

  • Essentials: Ranging from arts administration, business/entrepreneurship, composing/arranging, music production, to management, marketing, public relations/communications and many more.


    Mentees will get a 30-40 mins free consultation before the first 1:1 lesson with the assigned mentor
    to align on the learning objectives and specific contents of each Project.

Youth

13- 22 year olds

To develop knowledge and skills that are relevant and essential to the music, arts and education industries

Professional

1+ years of professional experience

To refine knowledge and skills
To explore case studies and current projects
To address issues faced in the relevant music, arts and education industries

 

Program structure

▪️ Mentees can select any 2 disciplines per Project
▪️ 2 different mentors per Project: 1 mentor from each selected discipline will be assigned to each mentee
▪️ Mentees get 6 one to one mentorship lessons in a 3-month session
▪️ Mentees get to submit questions for Fireside Chat
▪️ Free access to Fireside Chat + Workshops + Guest Artist’s interview(s)
