Winnie Fan
Dr. Winnie Fan is an active soloist, chamber musician, orchestral clarinetist, educator, and advocate of new music. She has performed throughout the United States and internationally in China, Japan, Taiwan, and United Kingdom. She joined the Central Texas Philharmonic, as Principal Clarinetist since 2013 and was appointed the Director of Admissions at Taipei Music Academy & Festival in 2019. She is also a member in the Houston Serenade Project and serve as clarinet faculty at Vivace International School of Music.
